Please tell me about any allergies or dietary needs. As other children may have allergies, I have a strict food-handling policy and ask families to keep nut and shellfish products out of lunchboxes.

Daily checklist
What to bring each day
Please label everything with your child's name and pack:
- A bag with your child's name
- A sun-safe hat covering face, neck & ears
- Change of clothes (more if toilet training)
- Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing
- A bib or two
- Packed lunchbox with morning tea & lunch
- Comfort item (toy or blanket) if required
- Dummy in a sealed, named container
- Expressed milk / formula & bottles
- Nappies & cream (wipes provided)
- Named water bottle or sippy cup
- Any medications, please hand these to me directly
☀️ We're a sun-safe daycare. You don't need to pack sunscreen, it's provided. All children must wear a hat, suitable clothing, sunscreen and shoes at all times (sunny or cloudy) to play in our outdoor yard. Please let me know if your child is allergic to any sunscreen products.
🧸 A note on toys from home. If your child brings toys from home, please understand I cannot take responsibility for broken or lost items. We gently discourage it, as loss or damage may cause distress to your child and others.

Family information is confidential and only used for specific needs such as payment or supporting your child's development. Please keep all details accurate and up to date.

Photos & achievements
From time to time, children's personal achievements, portfolios and photos are displayed within the boundaries of Little Rockers.

Collection & authorisation
Please write and sign an authorisation note if someone else is collecting your child or there's a change to the normal routine. Unfamiliar adults won't collect a child until I've seen identification.

Enrolment & emergencies
Please keep enrolment and Emergency Contact forms complete and current. These are updated annually so I always have your up-to-date contact numbers.

Open communication
The exchange of information between your family and me is vital. Please keep me informed of any changes so we can give your child the best care.
Holidays
Holidays & public holidays
Little Rockers is closed on all public holidays (fees still payable). Specific holiday dates and any additional closures are shared with families in advance.

- Public holidays: closed (fees still payable)
